We offer reliable worldwide delivery via DHL Express and SF Express, with Standard and Express options available at checkout based on your location. Estimated shipping times are shown at checkout and vary by destination. Flat rate shipping applies to orders up to 7.5kg in volumetric weight — anything above that is on us.

All orders ship DDP (duties included) where possible. If local laws require DDU, duties will be payable on delivery. Please note: DHL and SF Express do not deliver to PO Boxes.

If something’s not quite right, you can return your item — just contact us within 10 days of delivery, and return it to our warehouse within 20 days. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. You’ll be refunded to your original payment method, minus shipping and any duties Templa covered. Return shipping is at your cost.

Sale items are eligible for store credit only. We don’t offer direct exchanges — simply place a new order and return the original.

If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll make it right at our expense.
