Shipping Policy
Templa partners with DHL Express and SF Express to deliver internationally with speed and reliability. At checkout, you’ll be presented with available shipping options based on your destination — typically including both Standard and Express services, where applicable.
Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout and vary by country.
Please note: DHL and SF Express are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. To avoid delivery issues, please provide a valid physical street address when placing your order.
1. Shipping Costs & Volumetric Weight
We offer flat rate shipping fees based on the estimated volumetric weight of your order. Our flat rate applies to orders up to 7.5kg volumetric weight — if your order exceeds this weight, you’ll still only be charged the capped 7.5kg flat rate.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a return, if Templa has covered additional shipping charges beyond the 7.5kg rate, we reserve the right to deduct the full freight cost incurred from your refund.
2. Duties & Taxes
Templa ships to most destinations using a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service, meaning duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout.
If your destination does not support DDP shipping, your order will be sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), and you’ll be responsible for paying any customs charges upon delivery.
For size exchanges:
- Customers requesting an exchange are asked to place a new order via our website.
- Your original order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost — we do not deduct the original duties from your refund.
- The replacement item will be shipped DDU, and you’ll be responsible for any new duties that apply.
- Where possible, we’ll declare the item as a replacement to help reduce the chance of duties being charged twice — but the final decision rests with your local customs office and is outside of our control.
If you decline to pay duties and taxes on a DDU shipment and choose to return the goods, please refer to our Returns Policy for further details on costs and eligibility.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. You can follow your shipment’s progress via the tracking link provided.
4. Authority to Leave (ATL)
You may opt to grant Authority to Leave at checkout, allowing your order to be delivered without a signature.
Please be aware that by selecting ATL, you accept full responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered. If no one is available at your nominated address, the courier will attempt to leave it in a safe location. We recommend nominating a delivery address that is attended during business hours.
5. Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is undeliverable due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, it will be returned to Templa.
In these cases:
- You’ll be notified by email
- You can request redelivery (a redelivery fee will apply)
- Or you may request a refund, which will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping costs incurred
