3. Currency and Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency relevant to your region — USD, EUR, or AUD — and confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

If your payment method is in a different currency, your provider may apply their own exchange rate and fees. These are beyond our control.

 

4. Duties and Taxes

For many destinations, we offer Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, which means all applicable duties and taxes are included in the checkout price.

If your location isn’t covered by DDP, your order may be shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). In this case, you’ll be responsible for paying any import duties or taxes once the item arrives. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

8. Gift Cards

Templa Gift Cards are delivered via email once your order is complete. Terms include:

• Valid for 12 months from date of issue
• Non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash
• Lost or incorrectly addressed cards won’t be reissued
• Items returned that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded as store credit
• Any remaining balance can be used on future orders

 

9. Orders and Availability

Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

In the rare event an item is out of stock after your order is placed, you’ll be notified and fully refunded.

 

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note:

• We’re not responsible for customs delays or other external disruptions
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the parcel is dispatched
