RETURNS POLICY
At Templa, we stand by the quality of our products. If something’s not quite right, you’re welcome to request a return — just follow the steps below and we’ll guide you through it.
We accept returns when a request is made within 10 days of your order being delivered, and the item is returned to our warehouse within 20 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and original packaging intact (including the white Tyvek bag, if you still have it).
1. Change of Mind Returns
If you’ve had a change of mind, that’s okay — we get it. You can return your item, but please note the following:
- You’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping.
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method minus the shipping, taxes, and duties we incurred to ship your order.
- If the return is international and we’re billed for any additional duties on the way back, those will also be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend using a reliable courier with tracking and insurance. If your return is lost or arrives damaged, we won’t be able to process the refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that we do not offer refunds on:
- Sale or discounted items, including those purchased using a discount code. These are eligible for store credit only, minus original shipping, taxes, and duties.
3. Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please follow the return process to receive a refund, then place a new order for your preferred item.
If you’d like assistance confirming size or fit before repurchasing, feel free to get in touch — we’ll do our best to guide you.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please email shop@templaprojects.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, contact details, the product name or style, and a short description of the issue. If you can include photos, even better.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or if we’ve sent you the wrong product, you won’t be required to pay for return shipping. We’ll take care of it. Depending on your preference and the circumstances, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund — including any original shipping charges.
5. How to Return an Item
Once your return is approved, we’ll issue your Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and provide clear instructions. Here’s how the process works:
- Download and complete our Returns Form.
- Add your RAN to the top-right corner of the form.
- Include a printed copy of the completed form inside your return parcel.
- Repack your item carefully — ideally using the original Tyvek bag and shipping box.
- Send your parcel via a tracked courier service to the address below:

Once shipped, please email shop@templaprojects.com with the courier name and tracking number (AWB). Without tracking, we won’t be able to trace or prioritise your return.
6. What Happens Next
When your return reaches our warehouse, it goes through a quality check. This ensures the item meets our return conditions and is fit to go back into inventory. Please allow 4–8 business days for this to be completed.
Once approved, your refund will be processed — minus the shipping, taxes and duties we originally incurred. If the item fails QC (e.g. signs of wear, missing tags, damaged), we’ll get in touch to discuss return-to-sender options.
7. Few Final Notes
- Always use secure, protective packaging. We strongly recommend adding insurance with your courier — it’s a small step that can save a lot of hassle if anything happens in transit.
- Items returned without a Returns Authorisation Number or without a completed Returns Form may be delayed or rejected.
- All returns must include your order number as proof of purchase.
