All Unworld Winter Boots purchased during our pre-sale events will be made-to-order and will be shipped in November 2024 when the boots officially release.

For all other items, Templa partners with DHL Express to provide our international customers with fast and reliable shipping. The shipping time is 3 to 5 business days, which varies from country to country. However, these delivery times are estimates only and unforseen delays in shipping during peak times may occur.

Please ensure a safe delivery address is provided as Templa cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels or parcels delivered to the incorrect address (where an incorrect address was provided). DHL Express does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. DHL Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries carried out by DHL and can be found under www.dhl.de.

All Unworld Winter Boots purchased during our pre-sale events will be made-to-order and therefore are non-refundable. Please choose your size carefully and refer to our size chart for guidance.

For all other items, should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, including change of mind, we will refund any items when returned and received by us within 14 days from the order date. The item must be in a saleable condition, have original tags and labels still attached, must be in original packaging (if any), and must be unworn, unused, unwashed, as sold. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment (the exact Debit or Credit Card used to make the original purchase) less the costs of shipping the goods to you (including any duties and taxes incurred by Templa), as well as the shipping costs to have the goods returned to us.

Sale and discounted items (including items purchased using a discount code) are non-refundable and are only valid for a store credit less the costs of shipping the goods to you (including any duties and taxes incurred by Templa), as well as the shipping costs to have the goods returned to our us. So please choose carefully when selecting a sale item.

In the case where returned goods (which are not deemed faulty) are received and which appear to be worn, damaged, altered, tags removed or unsaleable or outside the stipulated time period, Templa will reject your return and contact you regarding options for returning goods to you at your cost.
