Shipping Information
1. Shipping methods and costs
Templa partners with DHL Express to provide our international customers with fast and reliable shipping. The shipping time is 3 to 5 business days, which varies from country to country. However, these delivery times are estimates only and unforseen delays in shipping during peak times may occur.

Please ensure a safe delivery address is provided as Templa cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels or parcels delivered to the incorrect address (where an incorrect address was provided). DHL Express does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. DHL Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries carried out by DHL and can be found under www.dhl.de.

To celebrate our launch, for a limited time Templa is offering free shipping for all orders.

A final shipping cost will be automatically calculated when completing your purchase at the online checkout. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If shipping to a business address please include name of the business and full address in the shipping information upon checkout.
 
2. Duties & Taxes
Please note that your order may be subject to local charges. If this was to occur, any and all customs or import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and are to be paid for by the recipient. As customs policies vary between countries, we strongly recommend checking your local customs advisory website prior to placing an order to see what charges may be payable.

Templa cannot be held responsible for any customs duty and tax charges; such fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid within the time requested by DHL. Failure to pay the applicable duties and taxes within the required timeframe will result in your parcel being returned to Templa and a redelivery fee will be payable by you to resend the package.

Please ensure a suitable contact phone number is provided at the time of ordering to ensure DHL can contact you for any relevant customs requirements. Please note that emails are not available for customs notifications.

If you decline to pay the applicable duties and taxes on receipt, you are welcome to return the goods in saleable condition (please refer to our Returns Policy) for a refund – the refund will be less the costs of shipping the goods to you, as well as the shipping costs to have the goods returned to us.

If purchasing outside of Australia, Australian GST does not apply and is not charged on any purchases made with Templa.
 
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and tracking number.
 
4. Authority to Leave
You may authorise your delivery to be left without a signature.

We strongly suggest selecting a business address that is occupied between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday as your nominated delivery address. However, should you elect to grant us Authority to Leave (“ATL”), you do so at your own risk. While our couriers will make every attempt to contact you if you are not present at your nominated address at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left in the safest location possible in the event they can’t reach you.

We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been signed for or where you have authorised delivery to be left unattended at your shipping address.
 
5. Undeliverable parcels
DHL requires a signature upon receipt of delivery. This will be attempted two times with a delivery card left with each attempt. If the courier on the second attempt cannot contact you, you will incur their fee of redelivery, or package will be taken to their depot. Should you not pick up the package from the depot within 7 days, or you do not make contact, the item will be returned to Templa as undeliverable and you will be notified. A redelivery fee will be payable by you should you elect to have the parcel resent to you.
