Returns
Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, including change of mind, we will refund any items when returned and received by us within 14 days from the order date. The item must be in a saleable condition, have original tags and labels still attached, must be in original packaging (if any), and must be unworn, unused, unwashed, as sold. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment (the exact Debit or Credit Card used to make the original purchase) less the costs of shipping the goods to you (including any duties and taxes incurred by Templa), as well as the shipping costs to have the goods returned to us.
Sale and discounted items (including items purchased using a discount code) are non-refundable and are only valid for a store credit less the costs of shipping the goods to you (including any duties and taxes incurred by Templa), as well as the shipping costs to have the goods returned to our us. So please choose carefully when selecting a sale item.
In the case where returned goods (which are not deemed faulty) are received and which appear to be worn, damaged, altered, tags removed or unsaleable or outside the stipulated time period, Templa will reject your return and contact you regarding options for returning goods to you at your cost.
