Returns Policy
1. Returns Policy
All Unworld Winter Boots purchased during our pre-sale events will be made-to-order and therefore are non-refundable. Please choose your size carefully and refer to our size chart for guidance.

For all other items, should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, including change of mind, we will refund any items when returned and received by us within 14 days from the order date. The item must be in a saleable condition, have original tags and labels still attached, must be in original packaging (if any), and must be unworn, unused, unwashed, as sold. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment (the exact Debit or Credit Card used to make the original purchase) less the costs of shipping the goods to you (including any duties and taxes incurred by Templa), as well as the shipping costs to have the goods returned to us.

Sale and discounted items (including items purchased using a discount code) are non-refundable and are only valid for a store credit less the costs of shipping the goods to you (including any duties and taxes incurred by Templa), as well as the shipping costs to have the goods returned to our us. So please choose carefully when selecting a sale item.

In the case where returned goods (which are not deemed faulty) are received and which appear to be worn, damaged, altered, tags removed or unsaleable or outside the stipulated time period, Templa will reject your return and contact you regarding options for returning goods to you at your cost.
 
2. Exchanges
We are unable to accommodate exchanges online, so please ensure you purchase with care and caution online. Should you require a different colour or size please contact us at shop@templaprojects.com within 3 days from the delivery date so we may initiate the exchange process. Please note all postage costs will be incurred by you. See section 4 below for returns instructions.

All Unworld Winter Boots purchased during our pre-sale events will be made-to-order and therefore not eligible for exchange.
 
3. Faulty Items
To initiate a faulty item claim, please contact us at info@templaprojects.com. Please state your name, contact details, description of the fault (including a photo where possible), invoice number and the product name or style number so that your claim can be assessed. We will contact you regarding the faulty item and provide you with further information.
 
4. Instructions and Return Address
To complete a returns process, please follow the steps below:

1.Download and complete the Returns Form
2.Email the completed Returns Form to shop@templaprojects.com
3.Templa will provide you with a Returns Number to add to the form
4.Return your item along with the original tax invoice and the completed Returns Form to the Online Return address below:

Note: Please note that all return postage charges will be incurred by you (except in the case of an accepted faulty item assessment or in the case a store credit is opted for). Return postage must be sent with a tracking number to ensure your return reaches us safely. Templa will not be liable for any lost returns.

Once your return has been received, we will contact you to process the return.
Failure to comply with the above return instructions will result in your return being rejected.

Please note that all returns refunds exchanges or repairs require proof of purchase documents which include:
